Physician Assistant

As a Resident Medical Officer at Shree Venkateshwara Hospital, Nanded, you will be part of a dynamic medical team that delivers high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. We are a busy hospital with an average daily outpatient department (OPD) of over 50 patients and perform numerous minor and major surgeries across multiple specialties.

• You will assist consultants during outpatient consultations and procedures to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
• Conduct regular inpatient rounds and monitor patient progress to provide timely interventions and support.
• Supervise nursing staff to guarantee optimal patient care and address any concerns promptly.
• Provide initial care for emergency and casualty patients, using your clinical skills and judgment to make informed decisions.
• Support surgical teams in the operation theatre as needed, contributing to a safe and efficient surgical experience.

• A Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), or Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree is required.
• Prior hospital experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates who can demonstrate their potential and eagerness to learn.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, good communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are essential qualities for success in this role.
