We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, coding, testing, and documenting distributed software applications.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on architecting payment solutions that have a transformative impact. Our team is contributing to various technologies, including Web Application, Restful API Engine, Payment Gateway, Mobile Application, and more. You will have the chance to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other developers to design, code, test, and document software applications
  • Participate in an agile environment and contribute to iterative and incremental changes
  • Translate product requirements into reliable, scalable, and maintainable software systems
  • Develop your skills as a technical mentor through peer code reviews and collaborative software practices
  • Coordinate with production operations teams for ad-hoc troubleshooting and client support
  • Contribute to software quality by writing unit tests and working with QA on the automated test suite

Requirements

We are looking for big thinkers who can drive positive change, step up, and show what's next. In practice, this means:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a Software Development related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Software Development related field
  • Substantial knowledge of SQL and database management (SQL Server)
  • Master object-oriented languages with experience in C#
  • Basic knowledge of frontend languages and frameworks with experience in JavaScript/Angular
  • Experience with unit and functional test frameworks and code verification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Flexibility to adopt new technologies like mobile app development
