SAP Training and Enablement Specialist

Job Description:

The role of the SAP Training and Enablement Specialist is to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for SAP MDG/MDM in Direct Procurement. This involves creating training materials, conducting workshops, and leading key user sessions to ensure effective adoption and usage of SAP functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive SAP training framework for SAP MDG/MDM in Direct Procurement.
  • Develop and deliver training materials tailored for SAP MDG/MDM in Direct Procurement.
  • Establish and upscale a Key User network to ensure sustainability and knowledge transfer.
  • Lead key user workshops and end-user training sessions to drive user adoption and process efficiency.
  • Partner with delivery teams to provide ongoing guidance and support for adoption of best practices.
  • Act as a change enabler, ensuring business teams understand and effectively use SAP functionalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience as an SAP Training Lead, SAP Enablement Lead, or SAP Change & Training Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of SAP MDG/MDM in Direct Procurement.
  • Proven track record in creating training materials, running workshops, and training key users.
  • Experience in simplifying business processes and improving efficiency within SAP.
  • Ability to build training capability from scratch (greenfield or transformation environments).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
