Job Title: Tech Manager

Are you a data analytics professional looking for a challenging role that combines technical expertise with business acumen?

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Manager to join our team.

About the Job:

The Tech Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data management solutions, leveraging advanced analytics techniques to drive business insights and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end ETL solutions aligning with business requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Define and implement data models, schemas, and structures to support efficient data processing and storage.
  • Process real-time, near-real-time, and batch data through data stores (ODS, DWH, Data Marts etc).
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders from cross-functional and technical backgrounds to meet business user requirements.
  • Develop and deliver code, test, fix issues and bugs, conduct and close UAT with business stakeholders.
  • Guide teams in data modeling, solution design, and technical solution feasibility.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Data Management layer.
  • Experience in ETL tool such as Informatica, DataStage, Talend etc., Database (Oracle, DB2, Netezza, SQL server etc.) and Reporting tool (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI etc).
  • Strong skills on data transformation.
  • Exhibit strong techno-functional capability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in deployment and operationalizing the code.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake/Redshift for AWS data marts or Synapse/SQL server for Azure data mart.

Education:

BE/BTech/MBA/MCA degree is required.

Years Of Experience Required:

8+ years of experience in the field.
