Artist Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Artist/Creator Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, working closely with influencers to coordinate content creation, and managing talent schedules and availability.

The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience in artist/influencer management (6 months - 1 year). They will also be able to identify and onboard new talent, build and maintain strong relationships with talent, and support their growth, career success, and alignment with industry trends.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Support in identifying and reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating terms, and maintaining influencer relationships.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage talent schedules and availability.
  • Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with the brand's objectives and influencers' strengths.
  • Support the Senior Manager in executing influencer campaigns.
  • Identify and onboard new talent, and manage high-potential creators.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in artist/influencer management (6 months - 1 year).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
