About the Role

This critical position involves leading end-to-end knowledge transfer and functional process training for global business services managed functions, focusing on capturing, standardizing, and disseminating critical process knowledge effectively. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

  • Develop and maintain training content, manuals, and e-learning modules for various platforms and systems.
  • Collaborate with GBS leadership, GPOs, RPCs, and Tower Leads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Design and implement comprehensive roadmaps for knowledge transfer and management, driving operational excellence and financial transformation.
Requirements

To succeed in this dynamic role, applicants should hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR/Training or a related field, with certifications like CPTM/ATD or relevant industry qualifications. A strong working knowledge of Oracle Financials, MSD, Invevo platforms, SuccessFactors, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is essential. Additionally, experience working in shared services, global finance operations, or transformation environments is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with compliance, audit requirements, and internal controls.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Coaching experience is a plus.
