The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring conformance to site Quality and EOHS requirements. This includes developing and driving strategies, understanding and interpreting governmental policies and regulations, communicating business and financial consequences, and working with senior leaders to identify and provide resources.

You will also play a key role in improving safety, environmental, and quality-conscious behavior in our factory. This involves abiding by facility safety and GMP requirements, setting an example, and providing appropriate resources to achieve expected levels of EOHS and Quality performance.

In addition to your technical skills and qualifications, you will possess excellent communication, coaching, and feedback skills. You will actively participate in 5S, AM, PM, and Small Group meetings with Line Teams, manage repairing and maintenance of equipment, and control spare parts management.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for production KPIs, EOHS & Quality, managing resources efficiently, guiding line teams, and minimizing downtime. You will also lead line teams to solve quality problems, maintain crewing norms, shift rotation, leave planning, and communicate critical technical, quality, and operational issues.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
