Artificial Intelligence Developer Position

This senior-level role involves designing and developing advanced artificial intelligence applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies, including generative AI, natural language processing, and computer vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing Gen AI models using Python and relevant frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and LangFlow.
  • Fine-tuning domain models to enhance performance and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in LLMOps, with expertise in infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and management.
  • Designing and implementing data engineering solutions for AI applications, including data processing, management, and workflow automation.
  • Ensuring AI-readiness of cybersecurity measures, including threat modeling, security, and ethics.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of AI models using metrics such as BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity, and BERT-Score.
Requirements:
  • 8-15 years of experience in AI application development, with a focus on Gen AI.
  • Expertise in programming languages, development tools, and techniques such as RAG, knowledge graphs, and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with fine-tuning frameworks, tokenization, and datasets.
  • Proficient in LLMOps, with expertise in infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and management.
  • Experience with data engineering, workflow automation, and data catalogs.
  • A strong understanding of AI ethics, fairness, transparency, and governance.
