We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in enhancing our US-based e-commerce platform's customized footwear features.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time remote position requiring 3-5 years of hands-on Shopify development experience at a brand doing $2M+ in annual revenue.
  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ongoing site performance optimization, speed, and user experience improvement through best practices in coding and development.
  • Creation and maintenance of integrations across Shopify, CRM, fulfillment, analytics, and marketing tools to streamline processes.
  • Design and implementation of automated workflows using Zapier, Make.com, or n8n to eliminate manual work and improve productivity.
  • Advanced tracking solutions (GA4, server-side tagging, attribution tools) setup and maintenance for accurate data reporting and decision-making.
  • Collaboration with marketing and analytics teams to optimize conversion tracking and enhance customer engagement.
  • Implementation of SEO best practices including structured data, page speed improvements, and clean URL structures to improve online visibility.
  • Troubleshooting integration and functionality issues to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Partnership with marketing, operations, and product teams to align store functionality with business objectives.
  • Ownership of the Shopify tech stack and driving long-term eCommerce growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong coding skills (Liquid, HTML/CSS, JavaScript) for theme customization and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, or n8n to connect systems and streamline workflows.
  • Ability to build and maintain integrations between Shopify, CRM, fulfillment, analytics, and marketing tools.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience setting up advanced tracking solutions (GA4, server-side tagging, attribution tools).
  • Familiarity with 3rd-party apps and Shopify Plus features.
  • Understanding of SEO technical requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
