We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Course Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering HR-related law courses and ensuring their success.
This is a full-time remote opportunity for individuals with a background in Law or Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, coordination, and people management skills, as well as a passion for HR compliance and legal education.
- Education: Graduate degree in Law or Human Resource Management (or both)
- Experience: Strong interest or prior experience in HR/legal compliance
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage virtual sessions and engage effectively with learners
- Bonus points: Prior experience in HR policies, labour law compliance, employee relations, or employment law
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage live classes and interactive sessions
- Provide ongoing learner support throughout the course duration
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and curating course content with legal/HR experts
- Ensure timely execution and smooth delivery of course modules
- Communicate proactively with learners to resolve queries, offer guidance, and enhance learning outcomes
