Establishing a robust and user-friendly demo platform is crucial for sales and marketing teams to showcase products effectively.


This key role will oversee the development and support of our demo environment, ensuring it stays current with all necessary enhancements while maintaining data accuracy.


The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the US Healthcare industry, proficiency in Microsoft tools, experience in pre-sales or demo support, and excellent collaboration skills across technical, sales, and marketing teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and update the demo platform with new features and functional enhancements to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the demo environment.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to deliver seamless demo experiences that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with onshore/offshore technical teams, sales, and internal stakeholders to align the demo platform with customer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot demo-related issues to ensure the platform remains customer-ready at all times.
  • Apply healthcare domain expertise to optimize demo workflows and real-world use cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Deep understanding of the US Healthcare industry, including data, workflows, and standards.
  • Hands-on experience in customizing demo environments and partnering with sales teams during client engagements.
  • Expertise in the Microsoft MS/BI platform and SaaS or BI/analytics platforms.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Additional Qualifications:


  • Experience with Python and AI/ML can be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in .NET is also an asset.
