Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Java professional to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Java development and a strong proficiency in core Java concepts, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) and experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices. Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle is also essential.

In addition to Java skills, we require a strong working knowledge of core AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM. Proven experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS is also required. Understanding of cloud architecture best practices, including high availability, scalability, and security, is necessary.

Preferred Skills

  • Terraform: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and using Terraform to provision and manage AWS resources is highly desirable.
  • CI/CD Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline is preferred.
  • Database Systems: Knowledge of database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or DynamoDB is a plus.
  • Message Queues and Streaming Platforms: Experience with message queues and streaming platforms such as SQS, SNS, or Kafka is highly desirable.
  • AWS Certifications: AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Developer - Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate are highly valued.
