Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Tester to join our team at ScaleneWorks. As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of all manual and automation testing deliverables, following all test practices, and contributing to the existing automation test pack by execution and scripting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of all manual and automation testing deliverables
  • Follow all test practices and contribute to the existing automation test pack
  • Estimate work allocated on test activities and create, modify, and maintain TCs for functional and regression test suites
  • Participate in design discussions for new functionalities and coordinate with stakeholders as needed to understand requirements
  • Investigate technical problems, identify their source, and determine possible solutions
  • Communicate effectively with team members and all stakeholders of the project
  • Good reporting skills to concerned stakeholders
  • Work with test managers/test leads to improve ROI of overall functional test
  • Manage and work in Agile delivery model
  • Compliance to CMMi level 5 in test delivery
  • Closely work with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Testers, and Development team members on requirements clarifications, issues to sort out bottlenecks in quality deliverables on time
  • Helping in preparing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and support for UAT execution
  • Prepare and provide the Test Reports at the end of Release Cycle
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the functionality assigned for the project
  • Maintains security integrity and business continuity controls and documents
  • Responsibility on Quality of the products including Performance and Security
  • BUILD knowledge on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies

Requirements

  • Exposure to test services between integrated systems
  • Good understanding of manual test process and defect management
  • Good understanding of Agile life cycle (end to end)
  • Good experience in SQL and knowledge of data testing
  • Automation skill using Selenium C#
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Sales, Marketing, and Service module and testing application build on Microsoft Dynamics
