Seeking a senior AS400 developer to lead the design, development and maintenance of in-house applications using .RPG ILE, .CL ILE and .MODERN RPG programming languages.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, ability to analyze complex technical issues, provide innovative solutions and drive business growth.

This challenging role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and test high-quality AS400 applications ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
  • Maintain and enhance existing AS400 applications, resolving complex technical issues and providing innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement effective solutions
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, driving business growth through innovative solutions

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in AS400 development and maintenance, with expertise in DB2 and SYNON
  • Strong understanding of healthcare/PBM/adjudication/pricing concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
