Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance expert to join our organization and play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy. As Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights and supporting decision-making through accurate and timely financial reporting.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of data and drive comprehensive financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Experience in managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes efficiently is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze in-depth MIS reports in various formats to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive comprehensive financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes efficiently to minimize delays and errors.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations including GST, TDS, and income tax laws.
  • Independently manage the preparation of Balance Sheets in compliance with IFRS/IGAAP standards.
  • Coordinate audits with Big 4 firms to ensure seamless execution.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of direct, indirect, and deferred taxation to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Maintain flexibility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while communicating fluently in English.
  • Possess hands-on experience with ERP systems to streamline financial processes.
Qualifications
  • Masters in Commerce or MBA (Finance) with specialization in accounting and finance.
  • Professional certifications such as CA or IPCC/PCC are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
