Job Title: Data Insights Professional

As a Data Science Analyst, you will be part of a highly collaborative environment, interacting with and influencing partners across the business. You will support and enable business partners with campaign measurements, ROI analysis, and actionable data-driven insights.

Your key responsibilities will include portfolio analytics to identify trends, composition, leading indicators, and outlook. You will also support and enable GCS Marketing partners with analytical solutions to help leadership evaluate and drive business performance.

Additionally, you will deliver accurate, timely, and efficient monthly results reporting for marketing leadership. This role requires excellent communication skills to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.

You will also have exceptional execution skills to resolve issues, identify opportunities, and define success metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics).
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to apply both quantitative methods and business skills to create insights and drive results.
  • Ability to work independently and across a matrix organization partnering with business partners, functional owners, capabilities, technology teams, and external vendors.
  • Strong programming skills (SQL & Python) are must. Experience with Big Data programming and Business Intelligence tools like Power BI & Tableau is a plus.
