Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our operations team. As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery, and providing effective leadership and management to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of projects, overseeing project managers, engineers, and other support staff to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, develop strategies to pursue these opportunities, and lead the team to achieve business objectives.
- Continuously review and improve processes, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient and effective project execution and management.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects to ensure that the team is aware of potential risks and takes proactive steps to mitigate them.
- Manage project finances to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and financial targets are met.
- Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards and that quality assurance processes are followed.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
