Job Title: Fabrication Specialist

\About the Role:\

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fabrication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Set up and adjust welding machines and equipment to ensure proper welding parameters.\
  • Produce high-quality welds that meet specified standards for strength, appearance, and dimensional accuracy.\
  • Inspect finished welds for defects and perform necessary repairs or rework.\
  • Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.\
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.\
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies.\\[/ul]\

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in welding and fabrication.\
  • Post Graduate Diploma in a relevant field, such as engineering or manufacturing.\
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.\
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.\
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.\\[/ul
