Exciting Opportunity for Python Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying web applications or APIs using Python.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, reusable, and scalable Python code
  • Utilize popular Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) to build web applications and APIs
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers throughout the development lifecycle
  • Write unit tests and implement test-driven development (TDD) practices
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical problems
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Python technologies and best practices
  • Contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team
  • May involve some DevOps tasks including deployment and automation scripting

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Python developer in a professional setting
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying web applications or APIs using Python
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., unittest, pytest)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy)
  • Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD)
