Business Operations Specialist

Primary Responsibilities

1. Take complete ownership of Project Execution (including P & L)

Required Skills

  1. 2 years of relevant experience in managing an operations team

We are looking for individuals with proven ability to drive tightly controlled operational metrics, strong process orientation, business acumen, good people management, team building, and program management skills. The ideal candidate will be strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic and unstructured environment.

In this role, you will have a higher than normal sense of ownership with a clear bias for action. You should have impeccable verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
