Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to assist with the design, implementation and monitoring of our infrastructure.

This position will continually enhance IT infrastructure standards, policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all on-premises and cloud-based resources.

The Senior System Administrator will collaborate closely with the US-based IT team to align infrastructure practices and standards across the organization.

  • Configure, deploy and maintain Azure, AWS and Hyper-V Server environments, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and company guidelines.
  • Administer and address user support tickets in alignment with ITIL principles, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining superior levels of user satisfaction.
  • Configure, deploy and maintain Active Directory services, such as Domain Controllers, User/Group Management and Group Policy Administration.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in system administration, with a focus on Windows Server environments. They must be proficient in hybrid Active Directory environments, scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Bash) and possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be able to take calculated risks, prioritize multiple tasks effectively and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
