**Accounting Manager Position Overview:**

This role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of accounting operations to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities.
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring timely completion with accurate documentation.
  • Handle reconciliations to guarantee accuracy of financial data.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Hold a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-Inter) certification with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
