Software Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user-facing features, ensuring alignment of web design and user experience requirements, and optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

This is a full-time remote role that requires a strong understanding of front-end development principles, responsive web design, and software development methodologies.

  • Design and implement user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ensure alignment of web design and user experience requirements by conducting usability testing and gathering feedback from stakeholders.
  • Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability by leveraging caching mechanisms, minifying code, and compressing images.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with responsive web design and mobile app development.
  • Familiarity with back-end development frameworks and databases.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and human-centered design.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
