This key role requires a hands-on expert who streamlines build-test pipelines, improves efficiency, and drives faster development cycles.

  • Guide a team of skilled software engineers to enhance build-test pipelines and accelerate feature delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize automation strategies.
  • Work with stakeholders to drive automation initiatives.
  • Address test flakiness, improve pipeline stability, and increase test determinism.
  • Contribute to design, development, debugging, and enhancing development pipelines.
  • Mentor and develop engineers, promoting technical excellence and career growth.
  • Define and leverage metrics to refine automation processes.

The ideal candidate possesses

  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of technical management experience, leading software engineers while remaining hands-on with software development, test automation, and troubleshooting.
  • 10+ years of software development experience in Python, Golang, or similar languages, with expertise in microservices, REST APIs, pytest, and developer tooling.
  • Proven expertise in managing projects throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Deep understanding of automated test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable build-test automation.
