Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automation test plans to ensure the quality of our software applications.

Your primary focus will be on running and analyzing API and UI automations, preparing and executing test plans for specific features, and collaborating with peer organizations to drive and participate in code and document reviews.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automation test plans and scripts
  • Analyze and troubleshoot automation test results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Develop and maintain documentation for automation test plans and scripts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in QA and software quality management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar technical discipline
  • Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience as a QA automation engineer working in API, UI, or related automation
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language: JavaScript, Python, or Core Java
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, TeamCity
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
