Job Title: Lead Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Quality Assurance professional to join our team at VeriPark. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software applications and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality of our software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, project management, and business stakeholders, to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain test data and environments to support testing activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure the success of the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our testing practices remain current and effective.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on test planning, execution, and automation.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing quality assurance teams, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex testing issues.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium or Appium.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
