  2. Guiding a team in executing optimized campaigns, adhering to industry-standard best practices for Paid Search and creative strategy.
  3. Continuously optimizing ad accounts to achieve unparalleled results for clients.
  4. Establishing strong client relationships and collaborating with other team members to drive collective success.
  5. Contributing to the development and training of the wider team, ensuring they have the skills needed to excel in paid search media.

Requirements include:

  • Experience managing multiple search campaigns concurrently.
  • Superb verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate self-motivation, proactivity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working across departments in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
  • Confidence with numbers and data analysis.
  • Eye for precision and attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Google AdWords Certification is beneficial.
