Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Service Director to lead our Service and Logistics team. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving business growth through strategic planning and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement service and logistics strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform strategic decision-making and drive business improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and drive business growth.
  5. Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
  6. Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of professional experience in automotive After-Sales, with at least 4-5 years as a Service Manager.
  • Graduate in Engineering or Science, with Business Management Studies an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on driving business growth and improving profitability.
