**Senior Manual Tester Role**

We are seeking a skilled Senior Manual Tester to join our quality assurance team.

This role involves planning, designing, and executing test cases to ensure software, platforms, and systems meet performance and reliability standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid background in testing enterprise applications.

### Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects with clear reporting.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to validate bug fixes and enhancements.
  • Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
  • Analyze test results, provide feedback, and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies for test readiness.
  • Prepare and maintain testing documentation and reports for stakeholders.

### Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and defect management tools.
  • Proficiency in writing test cases, bug reports, and test documentation.
  • Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
  • Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certification (e.g., ISTQB) preferred.
