Enterprise UX Designer Position

MetricStream's purpose-built platform is a global leader in Integrated Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The platform has over a million global users and serves GRC use cases across industries.

This role involves driving the end-to-end design process for enterprise web applications from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive design solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and accessible design solutions.
  • Translate complex workflows into user-friendly dashboards, forms, and reusable components.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design decisions.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-enabled design-to-code tools to speed up design iterations and prototyping.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy enterprise web app design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development constraints and design handoff best practices.
