Job Description for Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Satya Skin & Hair Transplant Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, networks, operating systems, and applications (desktops and servers).
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose, and solve hardware/software faults.
  • Replace hardware and parts as required.
  • Repair or set up systems following diagrams and written instructions.
  • Support the rollout of new computer applications.
  • Provide telephone, e-mail, and remote support to all IT users, solving their problems and providing procedural documentation as needed.
  • Use remote support tools to manage remote systems and desktops.
  • Maintain the IT Service Desk system, logging incidents and requests, their acknowledgments, and resolutions.
  • Ensure effective and expeditious handling of support tickets.
  • Create new user accounts and profiles and address password issues.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open cases simultaneously.
  • Assist end-users in transferring data electronically into, between, and from databases with required security procedures.
  • Identify and correct operational issues with end-users' computer systems.
  • Manage backups of all systems, ensuring successful runs and rotation of backups off-site for safe storage.
  • Maintain the inventory of hardware and software licenses and telephone contracts.
  • Develop and maintain the IT section of the intranet, including good practice and troubleshooting guidance.
  • Evaluate and implement measures for data security, codes, and other sensitive information.
  • Manage CRM & IVR (Leadsquare) efficiently.
  • Familiarity with LAN, WAN, centralizing systems, and RDP is essential.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum based on qualifications, experience, and location.
