Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating innovative user interfaces and delivering high-quality design solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Figma and Flutter Flow, with a proven track record of designing and developing user interfaces for mobile apps and desktop web applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the entire design process, from initial research and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and final delivery. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop User Interfaces: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for mobile apps and desktop web applications using Figma and Flutter Flow.
  • Owning the Design Process: Take ownership of the entire design process, from research to delivery, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and usability.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and seamless user experiences, communicating design ideas and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Figma and Flutter Flow Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Figma and Flutter Flow, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Portfolio and Experience: A demonstrable portfolio showcasing completed mobile app and desktop web application projects, demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design.
  • Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage the full design lifecycle of projects.
