• Maintain collection efficiency in 1-90 and 90-180 resolution normalization (15% each)
• Ensure collection efficiency in 90-180 normalization rollback (15% weightage)
• Collections charges from bounce customers as per given targets (20% weightage)
• Self-develop through average mandays of training (5% weightage)
• Process orientation through risk audit report (5% weightage)
