We are seeking a seasoned contracts professional to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality agreements that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agreement Development: Create comprehensive agreements for various commercial transactions, including NDAs, Service Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Endorsement Agreement, Product Purchase Agreements, Marketing Agreement, SaaS Agreements, Sourcing Agreements, Subscription Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Contribution Agreement, and more.
  • Contract Review and Negotiation: Thoroughly review and negotiate commercial contracts to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Critical Clause Summaries: Prepare concise summaries of critical clauses in executed contracts to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Advisory Services: Provide expert advisory services to our business, finance, and operations teams on executed agreements, offering strategic guidance and support.
  • Documentation and Renewal: Execute documentation for renewal, variation, and closure of existing business relationships, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Research and Notes: Conduct research and prepare notes on various legal points forming part of business transactions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • MIS and Records Management: Maintain accurate MIS and records of contracts, providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations.
