About the opportunity

Selected candidates will engage in daily tasks such as conceptualizing engaging video content, researching trending social media styles, collaborating with influencers and customers, filming and editing short videos, scheduling content on platforms, interacting with users, tracking performance, and communicating with teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize engaging UGC video ideas aligned with brand values
  • Research popular social media trends and styles
  • Coordinate with influencers and customers for UGC content creation
  • Film and edit short UGC videos using mobile or desktop software
  • Schedule UGC content on social media platforms and maintain a calendar
  • Engage with users and respond to comments on UGC posts
  • Stay updated on industry trends and suggest adaptations for the brand
  • Track UGC video performance and provide regular reports
  • Collaborate with teams to highlight key product features
  • Communicate with customer support to address common questions through UGC
Requirements:
  • Able to work full-time in-office
  • Able to start between September 9th and October 14th
  • Able to commit for 3 months
  • Able to relocate to Kolkata
  • Possess relevant skills and interests
  • Proficient in video editing using mobile or desktop tools
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
