AI Agent Designer

We are seeking a skilled Agentic AI Developer to design, build and deploy intelligent agents capable of autonomous decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen or OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Integrate agents with external tools, APIs and databases.
- Develop workflows for autonomous task execution and error handling.
- Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and memory management.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align agent capabilities with business goals.
- Monitor and maintain deployed agents in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLMs (e.g. GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
- Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration tools.
- Experience with API integration, vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Understanding of autonomous systems, decision trees and reinforcement learning (a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about cutting-edge AI and experienced in working with large language models and agent frameworks.
