Performance Marketing Manager Role

Proactive For Her is seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth strategy and drive user acquisition through paid channels. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive online user acquisition plan that meets our brand's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Optimize Online Campaigns: Design and manage paid channel strategies across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive user acquisition and meet brand objectives.
  • Analyse and Optimize Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement to optimise online campaigns for lead generation.
  • Meet User Acquisition Goals: Own weekly and monthly goals for user acquisition and meet targets for number of acquisitions and ARPU.
  • Scale Acquisitions while Reducing CPA: Identify efficiencies in channels and channel-mix to scale acquisitions while reducing cost per acquisition.
  • Strategise, Execute, and Monitor Campaigns: Develop and execute campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, to meet brand business goals and strategies.
  • Oversee Growth in Performance Campaigns: Lead the growth of performance campaigns to meet the brand's business objectives and strategies.
  • Perform Keyword Research: Conduct thorough, contextual keyword research using tools and APIs to build thematic campaigns on Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with the Design and Product Marketing teams to develop landing pages specific to campaign context and build social campaigns in coordination with these teams.
  • Perform Ongoing Keyword Discovery and Optimisation: Continuously discover, expand, and optimise keywords to improve campaign performance.
  • A/B and User Experience Testing: Implement ongoing A/B and user experience testing for ads, placements, dynamic landing pages, and measure their effectiveness.
  • Measure Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyse campaign performance parameters methodically, compile and present detailed reports with proactive insights.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay informed on the latest trends, best practices, and standards in online advertising across demand-gen channels.
  • End-to-End Ownership of Lead Generation: Take ownership of lead generation through retention campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in D2C marketing roles, with a focus on lead generation.
  • Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus), and data analytics platforms, with expertise in using tools like Branch, Appsflyer, MixPanel, Clevertap, Amplitude, Google Analytics, CRM tools, etc.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Performance Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of performance marketing and a technical mindset, highly analytical and data-driven.
  • D2C Startup Experience: Previous experience in a D2C startup environment is a plus.
