We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data engineering initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled individual to drive the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge data solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern data warehouse technologies, including Snowflake and Azure Data Factory. They will collaborate with DW/BI leads to understand new ETL pipeline development requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.

Responsibilities include working closely with business stakeholders to comprehend reporting needs, designing and implementing data models to meet those needs, and mentoring junior team members on technical challenges. Additionally, they will facilitate technical discussions with client architects and team members, orchestrate data pipelines in schedulers via Airflow, and ensure data security and integrity.

Key qualifications include 6+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years in Data Warehouse/ETL projects. The successful candidate will possess proficiency in RDBMS, complex SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and query optimization. A strong understanding of Star and Snowflake dimensional modeling, as well as Databricks Data & AI platform and Databricks Delta Lake Architecture, is essential.

Preferred skills include Snowflake/Azure Data Factory/PySpark and Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate/Professional Certification. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail, are critical for success in this role.
