Test Engineer Position

This role involves comprehensive testing of systems to ensure the highest quality and reliability.

  • Perform thorough functional testing of various modules, including billing, subscription management, and payments.
  • Validate subscription lifecycles, invoicing, data flows, and integrations with external systems.
  • Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and detailed reports to track progress and defects.
  • Collaborate closely with business and technical teams during UAT cycles to guarantee seamless integration.
Required Skills:
  • Extensive hands-on experience in manual/functional testing on Zuora or similar platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
  • Experience utilizing test management tools such as JIRA or TestRail for effective defect tracking.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills to facilitate smooth team collaboration.
Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to Salesforce or ERP integrations with Zuora or other related systems.
  • Brief knowledge of Zuora APIs for enhanced system interaction.
