High Reliability Electronics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled engineer to design and develop advanced mixed-signal circuits for high-reliability defence systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & develop complex integrated circuits with strong analog and digital performance.
- Work on ADCs/DACs, high-speed interfaces, signal conditioning, PLLs, filters, and mixed-signal integration.
- Collaborate with FPGA, DSP, and RF teams on cutting-edge system development.
- Drive innovation in radar, EW, and secure communication systems.
Requirements:
- 3–8 years' experience in mixed-signal design (analog + digital).
- Strong background in power integrity, EMI/EMC, and signal integrity analysis.
- Hands-on with PCB/simulation tools (Altium, Cadence, Virtuoso, ADS, LTSpice, etc.).
- Experience with defence/aerospace standards (DO-254, MIL-STD).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in multi-disciplinary defence projects.
