We are seeking a seasoned Pega professional to join our team as an Associate Staff Engineer. This role is ideal for an experienced software developer with a strong background in Pega development and implementation.

  1. To be successful in this position, you will need to have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Pega development and implementation, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  2. You will also need to have strong expertise in process modeling, monitoring, and optimization, as well as experience in business rules and event-driven technologies.
  3. Additionally, you will need to have knowledge of Pega Decisioning, Marketing, or Customer Service frameworks, and exposure to cloud deployments such as Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the client's needs in the context of the project.
  2. Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
  3. Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets, enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
  4. Leading support UAT and production rollouts, creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module tasks, and justifying it.
  5. Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement, giving constructive feedback to team members, setting clear expectations, helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
  6. Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design technologies meet the requirements.

Qualifications include:

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
