Leading a Distributed Team for Global Implementation Excellence

This senior leadership role drives strategic direction and operational excellence in global implementation operations.

The individual will lead a large, distributed team of Engagement Managers, Solution Architects, and Product Specialists across multiple geographies, managing complex enterprise-scale HRMS deployments.

The position is responsible for defining and executing the global implementation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and rapid growth trajectory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global implementation strategy to drive business outcomes and ensure project success.
  • Enable value realization across projects under their span of control, unlocking desired outcomes within defined timelines, scope, and budget parameters.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders at Enterprise client organizations.
  • Lead and inspire a large, distributed team of consultants, solution architects, and engagement managers across multiple time zones.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through successful implementations that drive client retention and expansion opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in HR/HR Consulting/HRMS Delivery or Customer Success with a minimum of 4 years in senior management roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large/complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
