Job Title: Overseas Education Manager

The role of the Overseas Education Manager involves leading and managing a team to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of overseas education counselling and admissions. This includes overseeing the entire admissions cycle, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with international partner universities, and monitoring and enhancing the quality of counselling services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of counsellors and admissions executives, ensuring achievement of departmental targets.
  • Admissions Cycle Management: Oversee the entire admissions cycle, including student counselling, university shortlisting, application processing, documentation, visa guidance, and onboarding.
  • University Partnerships: Establish and maintain professional relationships with international partner universities, particularly in Russia and Kazakhstan, ensuring compliance with admission requirements and timelines.
  • Counselling Services: Monitor and enhance the quality of counselling services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient processes to improve conversions and reduce application drop-offs.
  • Performance Evaluation: Track and evaluate team performance metrics; conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and training interventions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in overseas education counselling, student recruitment, or MBBS abroad advisory services.
  • Skills: Proven experience in team handling and operations management, strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
