Strategic Procurement Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our procurement efforts. As Strategic Procurement Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive value for the organization.
Pricing Strategies and Vendor Management- Develop and apply pricing strategies using best negotiation techniques to secure favorable contract terms.
- Work closely with internal customer teams, including manufacturing and finance support functions, to understand their needs and requirements.
- Ensure that vendors deliver on all contracted terms during the tenure of the agreement.
- Maintain control over supply quality, meeting the internal customer's requirements through strict monitoring and vendor performance evaluation.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing clear communication and solutions to meet their needs.
- Lead the development of procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
