Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Lead, you will work closely with senior management to drive process improvements, provide strategic insights on a regular basis, and coordinate audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Provide stakeholders with in-depth analysis and insight into revenue and cost aspects, leveraging data from various sources.
  • Review Actuals against plans monthly, including account analysis and peer benchmarking, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze complex data from Excel and larger databases to provide actionable insights as requested.
  • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that positively impact the function.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in corporate Finance at FP&A function or Business Finance, preferably in the IT Industry.
  • CA or MBA qualification is highly desirable.
  • Sharp analytical skills, excellent Microsoft Office skills, with advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Able to work across multiple teams, manage timelines, and influence top management and relevant stakeholders with data/analysis.
