Servicenow QA Engineer Role

The Servicenow QA Engineer is responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, encompassing design, development, documentation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Servicenow projects.

In this role, the QA Engineer will focus on validating the stability, functionality, and performance of Servicenow applications and customizations.

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for Servicenow applications and modules, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and other integrations.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Utilize the Servicenow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to develop and maintain automated test cases, optimizing for continuous deployment cycles.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand project requirements, workflows, and potential testing challenges.
  • Identify, document, and prioritize bugs, issues, and areas of improvement; work closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Manage and track test activities, maintaining a high standard of quality across sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills. Proficiency in Servicenow and related tools such as ATF is mandatory.
