Dean of Anatomy

We are seeking an accomplished academic leader to head our Department of Anatomy. This is a unique opportunity for a distinguished educator to shape the future of medical education and research.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong academic background, and a proven track record of research publications. They will be responsible for guiding undergraduate and postgraduate students in teaching, research, and clinical skills training.

• Deliver engaging lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in Anatomy for MBBS, BDS, Nursing, and Allied Health Sciences students.
• Guide postgraduate students in advanced anatomical studies, thesis writing, and seminars.
• Develop innovative teaching methodologies including digital anatomy, simulation-based training, and cadaveric dissection.
• Design and update the Anatomy curriculum as per NMC guidelines.

• MD (Anatomy) / MS (Anatomy) or equivalent recognized qualification.
• 8+ Years of teaching experience in Anatomy as per NMC / MCI norms.
• Strong academic background with evidence of research publications in indexed journals.
• Experience in curriculum development, e-learning, and modern teaching methodologies preferred.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Research aptitude with ability to secure grants and publish.
