Healthcare Product Owner

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our healthcare solutions.
  • This role involves owning and managing the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product backlog and ensure clear prioritization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to translate features into detailed user stories.
  • Develop and maintain functional & non-functional requirements documentation and develop low-fidelity wireframes.
  • Review and formally accept user stories against defined acceptance criteria.
  • Drive the Agile Scrum process, ensuring timely delivery of features.
  • Understand and communicate system architecture, data flows, and integration points.
  • Represent the voice of the business to the development team.
  • Support the team in UAT/test case review and ensure smooth delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Healthcare industry experience with strong understanding of Revenue Cycle workflows.
  • Proven expertise in Agile Scrum and backlog management.
  • Proficiency in SDLC, APIs, SQL databases, and system integrations.
  • Experience creating wireframes, UML diagrams, and documentation.
  • Ability to translate high-level features into detailed user stories.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
