Job Opportunity: Software Automation Professional

Role Description:

  • The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in web & API automation using Selenium with JavaScript or Java.
  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages (Java or JavaScript) and various test automation frameworks is required.
  • Hands-on experience in REST API automation, backend testing skills, SQL commands, CSS, XPATH, coding standards, and best practices is essential.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with a code repository like GIT or Bitbucket is necessary.
  • Understanding of parallel testing and cross-browser automation testing tools, QA processes, open-source automation testing tools, and Agile methodologies is beneficial.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience with web & API automation and framework development using Selenium with JavaScript or Java.
  • Good communication skills for client-facing roles and collaboration with international teams to understand requirements and implement tests.
  • Candidates should be quick learners, self-starters who require minimal supervision.
  • Openness to new learnings in the automation space is expected.

Desirable Skills:

  • Understanding of database testing using SQL server.
  • Experience in implementing DevOps culture using automated tools.
