Field Banking Executive

Job Description:

As a Field Banking Executive, you will be working on behalf of the Public Sector Government Bank to provide end-to-end banking operations. This includes agent-assisted commerce, doorstep banking transactions, account opening, loan processing, loans documentation, verification, disbursement, repayment collections, wallet top-up, fund wage pension disbursement to beneficiaries, bill payments, remittance, and fund transfer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a team of Business Correspondents
  • Relationship Management with company and Bank Branch
  • Willingness to travel in your Region
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need 1-8 years of experience in Bank Microfinance FI NBFC BFSI Collection any Sales Fieldwork Social sector NGO FMCG etc. You should also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
